Dueker has twenty years of experience in Elder Law and civil practice.  After a long teaching career, she now uses her skills to educate clients and law students about Elder Law and end of life care.  In addition, she draws on her experience as a nonprofit executive to assist clients with the formation and development of nonprofits and other business entities.
